Who we are
Clancy is a trading name of Sunlit Plains Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16276726). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at enquiries@clancycounsel.com.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you choose to provide, being your name, email address, organisation and message. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information, such as IP addresses, in server logs.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps towards providing our services. Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where you ask us to act, the performance of a contract.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and collects only aggregated, anonymous data.
Who we share it with
We rely on two providers who process data on our behalf: Formspree (delivery of contact-form messages) and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided, and review what we hold periodically.
